The department of orthopedics surgery has a team of  Consultants, performing the most modern surgeries of the world like Percutaneous endoscopic and laser spine surgery, latest disc surgeries like ACDF,Cervical & lumbar disc replacements and instrumented spinal fusions etc.

We have a minimally invasive spine surgery unit performing all internationally accepted procedures like selective nerve root blocks, vertibroplasty, foraminal epedurals percutaneous cervical discectomies etc.

Department has performed about 1200 cases of spine in a year.  The department pioneered the laser disc surgeries for the first time in North India and endoscopic spine surgery for the first time in India.

The department also specializes in arthoroscopic surgery for knee, shoulder, wrist & ankle and other latest arthoroscopic procedures like carpal tunnel release, ACL / PCL reconstructions, bank arts / superspinatus repair.

The department of orthopedic surgery is a major referral center in India for treatment of Total Knee Joint replacement, total hip replacement and is performing about 40 – 50 joint replacements yearly, including latest implants like ASR / Proxima (Depuy) or rotating platform knee replacement, to achieve longer life and extra motion.
