Genu Varum, also known as bow legs, is a knee disorder that causes inward bowing of knees while standing, thus giving the look of a bow. In this condition, when a person stands up, his ankles & feet are together but knees are apart. It is most commonly found in all babies since their birth but disappears as baby starts walking and putting his weight on his legs.
