The maintenance of a quality management system is crucial to a laboratory for providing the correct test results every time. Quality assurance is a major concern of the department. It covers all aspects of laboratory functioning i.e. pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical; turn-around time; maintenance of equipment; selection of tests & reagents; standardization & validation of tests before they are introduced; and training of personnel & Running of Quality Control and Participating EQAS programmed. Our laboratory services are accredited with NABL since 2006.

NABH CERTIFICATION

Continuing the journey to excellence, Jaipur Golden hospital receives another certification that is, NABH certification. It states the hospital committed to quality care and focuses on processes. Patient safety is of utmost importance to us and we shall continue to rigorously train our staff and make robust patient-friendly processes. Periodic internal audits, monitoring of quality indicators, facility rounds and mock drills are a regular feature. certification is just a start many more quality milestones are awaited for JGH!
