Dr. Manoj Sharma is a Senior Consultant and Unit Chief in the Department of Spine Surgery with over 34 years of experience. He is a pioneer in laser and endoscopic spine surgery and specializes in minimally invasive spine procedures.

He has performed more than 10,000 surgeries, including endoscopic and laser discectomy under local anesthesia, as well as complex reconstructive spine surgeries for scoliosis, tumors, infections, and trauma.

He treats a wide range of spinal conditions including back pain, spinal deformities, cervical and lumbar disc herniations, cervical myelopathy, spondylolisthesis, and trauma-related conditions. He has also developed unique techniques for minimally invasive spinal fusion.

His expertise includes advanced procedures such as vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, cervical and lumbar disc replacements, instrumented spinal fusions (PLIF, TLIF, ALIF), vertebral reconstructions, and kyphosis correction surgeries using anterior, posterior, and endoscopic approaches.
