Preventive Health Check

We at Jaipur Golden Hospital believe “Prevention is better than Cure”. Moving ahead with this noble theme we have designed a health check program to identify risk factors & early indicators so as to prevent & cure disease before it sets in. The idea is to prevent an illness form occurring & setting you on path of health and wellbeing.

Recognizing the importance & need for preventive health care, Jaipur Golden Hospital has designed special discounted “Golden Health Plan”. The Golden Health Plan consists of a series of checks to determine & diagnose the indicators of ill-health.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEALTH CHECK-UP

• Please take prior appointment by calling the PHP Desk
• On the day of appointment, report to PHP Desk between 9:00 AM  to 05:00 PM
• Come empty stomach (not even a cup of tea)
• Consult your doctor for routine morning medication, if any
• Executives coming from empanelled organisations with Jaipur Golden Hospital are required to bring duly signed letter of reference
• Please bring along your previous medical records, if any
• If you are pregnant, we shall not conduct X-Ray. Please inform the PHP desk at the time of registration.
• Kindly bring your morning samples of Urine & Stool
