BRIEF PROFILE

Dr. Manisha Chakrabarty is a Paediatric Cardiologist and with a rich and professional experience in her field. Her areas of interest lies in device closures of holes and tracts in heart , balloon dilatation of narrowed heart valve coractation and also stent deployments in critically ill patients from very low birth weight newborns to adults. She is well experienced in diagnosing problems of heart through pediatric and neonatal 2D/ colour and 3D echocardiography to detect simple and complex heart problems. She takes special interest in fetal echocardiography to detect heart problem even during pregnancy and does parental counseling for the same. For this she took advanced training from Sick kids hospital , Toronto, Canada with her vast experience she has expertise in Pacemaker Implants, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Pediatric Cardiac , MRI, Cardiovascular Surgery, Paediatric Cardioversion, Pediatric Peripheral Angioplasty, Peripheral Vascular Procedures. She also has national and international publications in her credit .She is also involved in teaching of DNB and PG Students
